Teresa Vandebelt facilitates a four-session workshop called “Mindful Awareness Stabilization Training” through the Waterloo-Wellington Self-Management Program. She would like to invite the Elevation community to take part in this workshop on zoom over the course of four Monday evenings, beginning January 17th.

Teresa is also looking forward to the opportunity of exploring the ways that our faith & spiritual practices connect with the concepts of mindfulness practices as well – something that will be unique to this setting!
