Supporting Mental Health



One of Elevation’s Key Values is Life Together, which means, in part, that we want to be ‘real’ with one another – to live with integrity. But the very real challenges we face with respect to our mental health can create barriers to this kind of community. As a church, then, we have been growing in both our awareness of the challenges we face along the road to mental health and in our commitment to supporting one another along the way.

We are currently planning a series of conversations about various topics related to mental health, both for those who are struggling in a certain area and those who want to learn how to support the people around them. Please stay tuned to this page for details.
